Our experiment with the Coonhound at Crufts.
Int.Sh.Ch./LUX/NL.Ch. BayAway Kennisaw Flying Dutchman For Mergelhoeve ‘Jimmy’.
3rd in Open Class.
It was a new experiance as we had to compete against other hound breeds in the ring.
This because they are import breeds and don’t win the CC yet.
Jimmy was the highest placed coon in his class.
We had a nice day and met some nice people in person.

Once in a while you have a litter and in that litter is a puppy who does pick the owner them selfs.
This exactly happened to us.
She had such a strong band with all of us and didn’t want to leave.
Our first born Coonhound puppy decided to stay.
We would like to introduce our first own bred Coonhound puppy.

BIS BISS Multi Ch. Perfect Thunder v.d. Mergelhoeve ‘Thunder’ didn’t feel like showing today.
He said no mom it’s not our year.
Oh well we know how he loves to show.
